~ Keith holds degrees from the University of Kentucky (History and English); Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv), ThM (homiletics) and Ph.D. in New Testament. He spent six months at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, completing his dissertation.
Keith is married to Cynthia, an educator and administrator. They have two grown children–Laura, who loves theater and works at the Lincoln Center in New York City, and Joseph, who works for CBS Sports and hopes to pursue a career in documentary film. Keith is a published author of numerous sermons and articles. He enjoys writing fiction, reading history (Civil War) and playing his guitar. He is also an acceptable golfer!

Craig holds his undergraduate degree (B.M.E.) from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. His primary instrument was voice with an emphasis in choral music studies. He studied voice under Dr. JR Fralick and Andrea Chenoweth, and conducting under Elizabeth Robbins, Laura Joss, and Philip Silvey. He completed his undergraduate student teaching at Bay Village High School under the mentorship of Devon T. Gess. In addition to serving as Director of Music for Dover Congregational United Church of Christ, Craig has also been the Concert Production & Scheduling Coordinator for the Baldwin Wallace University Conservatory of Music since 2010.
At Dover, he directs the Chancel and Bell Choirs and is the founder of the Dover Music Series, an annual concert series featuring local artists and a variety of musical genres. Craig has been a member of Dover UCC since birth – his family have been long-time members, including his parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. He is proud of his family’s history with the city of Westlake, and is proud to lead the music program of the church his family has been attending for four generations. He and his wife Emily reside in Berea, Ohio, along with their son, Charles, and dog, Rocco.”

~ Julie assists the pastor by visiting our homebound members, or those hospitalized. She provides health management information through articles, her bulletin board and in sponsoring health events. She takes blood pressures at church the third Sunday of each month. Julie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio Wesleyan University. She has hospital experience providing care to many types of patients. She provides health care screenings, gives educational talks and is an American Heart Association First Aid and CPR/AED instructor.

~ Jan has been the second service organist and choir accompanist at Dover Church since 2006. Orginally playing Dover’s traditional pipe organ and then receiving training on a Rogers Digital Organ. She plays for weddings and memorial services at Dover Church.

~ Vicki grew up at Dover Church and has been the organist for the first service for the past ten years. She is an accomplished musician who also plays the piano, accordian, flute and drums.

~ Virginia has been at Dover Congregational UCC since March 2006 and has been blessed to come to know the many wonderful, caring people who make up Dover UCC. She majored in Journalism and has taken several classes and workshops on Church Communications. Before working at Dover UCC she held administrative positions at Avon Lake Public Library, Avon Lake Presbyterian Church, Keir Educational Resources, Kroger Senior Classic Golf Tournament and the First Presbyterian Church in Middletown, Ohio. Virginia and her husband David have twin daughters, Sandy and Beth, who are grown.

~ Gail grew up at Dover Church and has been on the staff as Financial Secretary since the fall of 1997. She graduated from Bowling Green University with a degree in Business and also works at Schuenemann Appliance. Gail shows her horses, Appallosa Scrappy and Thoroughbred Beachy, nationally in both English and American Saddle and has won many ribbons and awards. She and her horses live with five dogs and one cat.
